Regular Membership – available for administrative law judges employed by SSA in non-managerial positions. For 2024, regular member dues are $22.67 per bi-weekly pay period paid through dues withholding. Regular members may also elect to pay annual dues by check in the amount of $589.42. 

Associate Membership – available for management administrative law judges (including NHC judges). Dues are $589.42 per year paid by check. 

Retired Membership – available to administrative law judges formerly employed by SSA. Dues are $50.00 per year paid by check.
